Hi - only played with it for a short time, since there was a a problem with one of the bracelets. Goes through the charging, ready to pair led flashes normally, same as the one that works, but as soon as power is removed, it turns off comletely. only way to get both to connect via Bluetooth is to connect auxiliary power to the faulty one. Have a small phone booster battery pack that fits in my palm, but the workaround isn't a solution. Is there was way to reinitialize the unit's firmware somehow in case the glitch is not in fact a hardware problem or can you assist me with a replacement & return procedure (am in France... Hoping not to again pay import duty!).

These bands are fantastic. We bought them as a gift for my brother who has severe cerebral palsy and he absolutely loves them! I know it’s not what they were designed for but it is a miracle that he can play different instruments now and has never been able to try before. It has opened up a new possibility for him which we are so grateful for. He’ll never use the bands to their full potential but for him, having control of something which is responding to his movements is so special when he relies completely on others for his day to day needs. He is over the moon with them! We all had a go and they are very fun and different.

Can’t get right wrist band to connect. Can’t use product. I’ve sent email requesting help, but no response yet. Therefore cannot review product as it’s not working
As I haven’t had the time to use the wristbands fully yet, I’m afraid I can’t give you a full review. But I will remark that I have found difficulty in putting the wristbands on my slim wrists! due to the material they are made of. However it is much better when I discovered that if I put material wrist sweatbands on and then the bands over the top, it was slightly easier to lock them into position. As an experimental film and soundscape artist I am looking forward for the new sounds I maybe able to create.
