All you need are your Mictic wristbands, our free app, and a smartphone or tablet (iOS) as well as speakers or headphones.

In order to connect, you need to have Bluetooth enabled on your mobile device. The app will guide you through the connection process, just follow the on-screen instructions.

We are planning to launch on iOS first. The App will be available in the Apple App Store.

Mobile device operating system must be iOS 8.0 or higher / Android version 4.0 or higher.

From our tests, the wristband batteries last for 4 hours of continuous use.

The wristbands' internal batteries can be recharged in just 60 minutes.

Two wristbands can be connected to one smartphone or tablet at the same time.

The sensor and the smartphone app combined have a latency of only 24ms. Note: Bluetooth speakers and bluetooth headphones add big latencies. When audio cables are used, the latency is low. Check this list for low-latency portable speakers on the market. Analog Hifi-Systems have almost no latency.

No, Mictic wristbands are not water resistant or waterproof.

It can reach your mobile device until 7 meters straight distance. The condition depends on the smartphone/tablet performance. Other wireless devices might interfere the connection. If used inside or in spaces with walls and ceilings the range goes up to 30m.

Of course! The wristband size can be adjusted from 100 to 200mm.

Yes, we ship worldwide with insurance and tracking. Shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided your address. International customers are responsible for import fees due upon delivery.
